We guarantee the quality of all our jewelry. If any item in your order is defective we will gladly replace it or refund your purchase price within 30 days of your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, have tags still attached and original packaging intact. Please note that engraved and monogrammed pieces are not eligible for return.
Repair & Exchange
- Repair and/or exchanges are free for merchandise with any manufacturing defects.
- No exchanges or repairs will be provided due to merchandise damaged by customer’s negligence.
- Merchandise with any manufacturing defects for an exchange is only available for the exact item ordered.
- Not all merchandise may be available for immediate exchange, so please allow approximately 5 weeks for production for out of stock items.
Terms & Conditions
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date on your invoice.
- Any returned packages without a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization) issued by Jewelry Essential will not be accepted.
- For your protection, all returns MUST be shipped with a tracking number and insurance. (i.e. UPS, USPS, FedEx, or other carriers)
- Items MUST be returned unused, with labels or tags, and in their original packaging. No exceptions.
- Returned items will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
- Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
- All return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
- Due to sanitary reasons we cannot and do not accept returns on earrings
- We cannot accept returns on custom made merchandise
- Strictly no cancellation of orders that are pre-ordered.
- Please contact us by e-mail at email@example.com within 10 days of the receipt of your order with the photos of the merchandise you are requesting to return.
- You will be issued return merchandise authorization # (RMA#) to be included in your return to ensure proper return procedure.
- Ensure that items to be returned are packed in their original condition and delivered to us with a service with a tracking number. We are not responsible if the shipment is lost or damaged during shipping.
- Refund will be issued once we received returned items. No refund will be issued in advanced without receiving the returned items.
- You will be credited back with the original amount NOT including any shipping and/or re-stocking charges.
- RA numbers must be used within 15 days of issue date, we will not reissue RA numbers.

- Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date on your invoice. FedEx and USPS have an outstanding delivery record, but if you do not receive your order on time, please contact us immediately. Any missing merchandise claims must be made within 10 days of the invoice date.
